Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner. Work closely with Account Management/Business Development team. Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for contract and contract to hire opportunities. Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool.
Responsible for making connections and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with USM Business System’s clients. Identify, Network and Sell to potential candidates /job seekers through creative recruiting strategy, including the use of internal data base, job boards, and social networking. Schedule and attend candidate interviews to identify MOSAIC, Hot Buttons, Competitive Edge and Leads that will generate new business and expand current business. Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations. Develop, penetrate and maintain clients’ and candidates’ relationships through Quality and Expansion Calls
Must have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of clients/contacts who utilize IT Staffing. Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us. Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships. Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management.
Good experience in IT outbound sales / telemarketing across US market. Primary role is to generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling and use other lead generation tools. Follow-up regularly on existing leads. Demonstrates ability to interact with C-Level executives across target domains. Re-qualify leads from trade shows, events, mailers, e-mail blasts and other marketing efforts. Prepare weekly / monthly reports on lead conversion rates and funnel status. Hands-on on CRM tools is preferable.
