USM’s Referral Bonus Program has been developed to provide incentives for our consultants and friends-of-USM to provide USM with qualified candidates and qualified new business opportunities. 

There are 2 ways to earn money under the USM Referral Bonus Program:

• Candidate Referral
• New Business Referra

Candidate Referrals

Refer to USM your friends, family and colleagues with marketable skills (preferably IT).  If USM places them you will receive a referral bonus as follows:

• For consultant starts, you will receive a $500 referral bonus after the consultant has joined USM and been on billing for 90 calendar days.
  
• For Permanent Placements, you will receive a $500 referral bonus after your referral has worked at our client for 90 calendar days.
  

The New Business Referral Program encourages the referral of new business opportunities with existing and new clients.  If a New Business Referral results in either a consultant start or full-time placement you will receive a referral bonus as follows:

• For consultant starts, you will receive a $500 referral bonus after the consultant has joined USM and been on billing for 90 calendar days.
• For Permanent Placements, you will receive a $500 referral bonus after your referral has worked at our client for 90 calendar days

The Rules:

• To be eligible to receive a new business referral reward, the referral must be made to USM prior to the placement of a consultant.
• For Help Desk, Customer Support and Data Entry positions, the bonus will be $ 250 after 90 days.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
• Either the USM Salesperson or the USM Recruiter is responsible for turning in a USM Consulting Group Referral Form for each referral.
